Poppy Fields

A medium-straw when swirled, this Pinot Gris is fresh and bright with aromas of honey-coated Meyer lemons. The palate follows with ripe notes of cut Bartlett pears and white nectarines, following the yellow brick road to an herbal, grassy finish. The brilliant acid pairs well with seared white fish, oven-roasted chicken, or grilled vegetables. 

Aunt Em's Prairie Rosé

A pale salmon when swirled, this semi-sweet rosé offers ripe aromas of watermelon and strawberry, leading into a bright palate of juicy summer berries and fresh-picked gardenias. The touch of sweetness balances out creamy hummus, turkey sandwiches, or a fresh prosciutto pizza.
