A medium-straw when swirled, this Pinot Gris is fresh and bright with aromas of honey-coated Meyer lemons. The palate follows with ripe notes of cut Bartlett pears and white nectarines, following the yellow brick road to an herbal, grassy finish. The brilliant acid pairs well with seared white fish, oven-roasted chicken, or grilled vegetables.
